The intent of “Complements” is to present a series of parity between works. The equivalence is a product of my studio practice and unintentional. I work on several projects simultaneously. Each project has an individual format and intent, however, over time works crossover and connect via elemental qualities such as line, hue, value and pattern. A large painting reaches out to a small collage book and together they bring balance.

I enjoy connecting select works and look forward to having viewers react to the result.
