Prudence McDaniel is a professional cellist who has enjoyed a successful 40-year career, performing 20-years with national and regional orchestras that include the Houston Symphony and New York Philharmonic. She is the cellist of the award-winning Marian Anderson String Quartet, LLC, now in their 33rd year. She taught at Texas A&M and Prairie View A&M Universities, and Blinn and Temple Colleges in TX for 18 years, and she has 40 years’ experience as a solopreneur, owning PM Creative Life Cello Studio, teaching 900+ private students.

In 2017, as a breast cancer survivor, she gained new perspectives on her calling as a teacher and
healer, realizing ‘you can’t truly heal what you don’t see, recognize, or understand’. She became certified in life, entrepreneurship, and financial coaching. As an Empowerment Coach, Prudence helps people in all stages of their careers meet their goals, and she specializes in working with musicians, artists, and creatives to create or revitalize their business. Her philosophy is, “We must create our world to best sustain and support us, so our creativity and artistry has free space for limitless expression and expansion”.

Prudence is an international speaker and her eBook “What Music School Didn’t Teach You: Holistic Creation of your Satisfying and Profitable Private Teaching Studio” made her an Amazon best- selling author, ranking #4 in Music Business and #6 in Business Mentoring.
