The Texas Society of Sculptors is back with their thirteenth sculpture exhibit in the Georgetown Public Library. Each year, the library is proud to host this show, which attracts sculptors from across the state. Prizes funded by the City of Georgetown Arts and Culture Board are awarded for first, second and third place, as well as three Honorable Mentions. There will also be special Librarians’ Choice and People’s Choice awards given.

Beginning on June 20 and ending July 31, library visitors will be able to pick up a ballot and vote for their favorite sculptures in the People’s Choice Award. Ballots will be available in the library lobby and at the Reference and Circulation desks. Be sure to turn your ballot in no later than 5 pm Saturday, July 31.

Sculpture Demonstrations in the library lobby will include several artists working in different sculpting techniques.
