Head Games was donated to the City of Georgetown Arts & Culture Program by the artist and is located at the Georgetown Public Library outside the 9th Street entrance.  Ho Baron is an artist and sculptor from El Paso, TX.  He is a member of the Texas Society of Sculptors and has shown his work in the Annual Georgetown Sculpture Tour, the Georgetown Art Center, local art galleries, and local private collections.
